Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience: 0+ year of experience in banking, microfinance, or customer service.
Required Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
Location: Adama, Ethiopia
Position 2: Relationship Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in microfinance, banking, or credit operations.
Location: Adama, Ethiopia
Position 3: Senior Relationship Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in microfinance, commercial banking, or credit management.
Location: Adama, Ethiopia
Position 4: Branch Accountant
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in microfinance or banking, including at least 2 years in a senior position.
Location: Adama, Ethiopia
Position 5: Branch Manager
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in microfinance or banking, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior supervisory position.
