The Material Preparation Operator / Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations within the engineering sector at Blue Elephant Fiberboard Manufacturing Plc. This full-time position is designed for junior-level professionals with 1-3 years of experience, based in an office environment in South Ethiopia Regional State Buie near to Butajera.

The role involves overseeing the preparation of materials, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with team members to optimize production processes. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success in this position.

Position 1: Material Preparation Operator / Supervisor

Education Experience: Diploma or BSC equivalent in Mechanical Engineer, Electrica Engineering, Manufacturing and Electrical Electronics Technology and a relevant technical field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in wood processing or a similar industrial environment is advantageous.

Position 2: Sales Representative

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international company.
Experience in selling materials or products outside of Ethiopia is highly preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Chinese) is an advantage.
