Bless Agri Food Laboratory Service Plc invites fresh graduates for the following job position.
BLESS Agri-Food Laboratory services PLC is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory established by the joint venture of Ethiopian and French investors in 2011. Bless serves as one of the Country’s focal conformity assessment body specializing in testing, product certification, inspection and training services on agri-food items.
Position: Junior Customer service Officer
Education:
- BSc in Chemistry, Biology, Food Sciences, or closely related fields
Experience:
- None
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives or takes samples for testing/analyses in accordance with applicable procedures and principles and ensures their proper registration, coding and handing and forwards to the relevant department. Ensures that samples are received within the scope of the laboratory analysis of the company;
- Follows up the status of customer orders and takes the necessary corrective measures in cases of delay or customer complaints;
- Receives and properly issues test results, certification and inspection reports, certificates, decisions and other deliverables to customer;
- Receives, properly registers and responds to customer enquiries professionally and follows up that customer concerns and complaints are resolved in the best interests of both the customers and the company;
- Promotes the services of the company and ensures that they are adequately and professionally elaborated to potential and current customers;
- Provides advice and support to marketing and sales staff of the company on technical and professional matters;
- Establishes and maintains good and transparent working relationship with customers based on formal contract agreements and terms of references;
- Liaisons between customers and the relevant units of the company on matters concerning customers;
- Absorbs actively all training and coaching schemes provided to him/her;
- Collects cash or checks against writing official Company receipts;
- Prepares and submits periodic reports on his/her activities; and
- Performs other related functions as required.
