Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C. previously known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC is a privately owned company located in Addis Ababa in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone area. Kadisco is a company that traces its origins back from a small automotive parts dealership that was operating in one of the busy streets of Addis Ababa back in late 60’s.
Today the company produces a full range of paints for the construction, industrial and automotive sectors. It also produces wood and concrete lacquers as well as adhesives for the wood and leather industry.
Position 1: HR- Intern
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law..
- 0-1 year experience
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in HR field
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Executive 1- Retail Sales
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience (internships or university fieldwork in sales or marketing is a plus).
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn the FMCG and distribution industry.
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English.
- High motivation to grow into a sales career path.

Position 3: Executive 1 – HR
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law
- Minimum 1 – 3 year experience in HR field
- Strong communication skills in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in HR field.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Position 4: Executive 2 -Project Sales
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Strong interest in construction and project-based client engagement.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Amharic; and good English knowledge.
