At-Con Engineering & Architectural consultancy plc was established in 2002 to provide a compressive range of consulting services for governmental, private sector and public enterprises in the field of Highway Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water resource Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Architecture and other related works.

Position 1: Junior Architect

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in architectural design or drafting
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Good understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and construction detailing.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to prepare concept design, presentation drawings, and working drawings.

Position 2: Junior Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Strong foundation in electrical systems, circuits, and design software

Responsibilities: 

• Design and Development of Electrical Systems
• Collaborate effectively with architects and professionals from diverse engineering disciplines during the design phase of electrical systems.
• Identify and overcome challenges associated with integrating electrical systems into existing building structures.
• Implement sustainable practices to minimize the environmental impact of energy consumption by electrical systems.
• Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to stay updated and maintain a high level of expertise in electrical engineering.
• Facilitate productive discussions with team members, architects, and other collaborators to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements.
• Assist the team leader regarding the whole design work.
• Compile and meticulously prepare progress reports, Electrical-related documentation, drawings, and various pertinent documents for thorough submission to the client

Place of Assignment: Head office

Position 3: Senior Draftsman

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of proven experience as a draftsman in architectural or engineering offices
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
  • Ability to prepare shop drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings accurately and efficiently.
