Blackfrog is a sales and marketing company engaged in the real estate sector, using software to streamline operations and enhance business intelligence. We are looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Junior Python Developer to work on ERP customization, data processing, and automation. If you thrive in solving technical challenges and want to build a strong foundation in development, this role is for you.

Position: Junior Python Developer

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in software development – preferably with Python.
Prior understanding of, preferably, Odoo ERP or any python based ERP
Knowledge and interest in data analysis and reporting.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Proficiency in Excel-based data processing.
Researching, presentation and documentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve IT-related technical issues.
Strong problem-solving mindset, discipline, and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and improve
Expressive, willingness to communicate and with demonstrated written and verbal communication skill

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize Python scripts for automation and data processing.
Customize and enhance Odoo ERP modules to improve business workflows.
Analyze and structure data to generate meaningful insights and reports.
Test and debug ERP functionalities
Provide technical support for internal team
troubleshoot network, server, software, and hardware issues when needed.
Develop training and documentation
