Position: BDR Team Leader (Evening Shift)

Qualifications:

– Someone who can lead from the front—perform and coach at the same time
– Strong communicator with a disciplined work ethic
– Experience in telemarketing, BDR, sales, or a similar role (leadership experience is a plus)
– Comfortable working an evening shift
– Ambitious—wants to grow, learn the real-estate sector deeply, and earn well

Roles & Responsibilities

– Actively engage leads from the US Ethiopian diaspora market
– Drive the team to consistently meet KPIs (calls, conversations, bookings, conversions, etc.)
– Coach and guide team members, set standards, and enforce process discipline
– Report performance, lead follow-up rhythm, and ensure daily targets are hit
– Support management in planning, forecasting, and improving BDR operations
