Position 1: Field Survey & Lead Generation Officer
Qualifications:
- Education not required
Description:
– Conduct door-to-door or area-based field surveys to collect relevant real estate data
– Identify and document potential buyers
– Approach and engage with individuals in selected commercial areas
Salary/Compensation:
Monthly net salary :7200+commission (0.3%from the sales)
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in customer service or relationship management, or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high organizational ability.
• Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving high satisfaction scores and resolution targets.
• Adaptability: Ability to remain professional and calm in high-pressure or confrontational situations.
Location: Addis Ababa
