Betup Properties invites fresh graduates and qualified applicants for the following job positions.
JOB PURPOSE
To support the company’s daily operations and deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, assisting clients, coordinating property-related services, and helping customers find suitable properties.
Position: Operations & Customer Service Officer
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Candidates with practical ability may also be considered.
Experience: 0 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, follow up promptly, and work well with a team.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Customer satisfaction and quality of service.
- Accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Effective follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Completion of assigned tasks and reports on time.
Salary and Benefits
Net Salary: ETB 5,000 per month
Transport Allowance: ETB 1,000 per month
Mobile Card Allowance: ETB 1,000 per month
Total Monthly Compensation: ETB 7,000, including allowances.
