Doctors of the World is the name of the German branch of the international humanitarian aid organization Médecins du Monde (MdM), which was founded in 1980 and has existed since 2000. The German name is also often used for the entire organization in German-speaking countries. In English-speaking countries, the name Doctors of the World is common.
Position: Finance and Administrative Assistant
Qualification:
- Degree/Higher Diploma preferably in Business Administration or related fieldÂ
- Two years’ experience in working with International NGOs in similar levelÂ
- Motivated and create in approaches to work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective and working relationshipsÂ
- Excellent communication skills, personable and articulateÂ
- Fluent in Witten and spoken English, Afar, Amharic knowledge is a plusÂ
- Strong team Player of high integrity, pleasant personality, ability to work under least supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Computer literate and with good ICT Knowledge.Â
- Demonstrated experience in overall responsibility and accountability for the Human Resources and Financial management of an organization.
- Good public Relations with strong negotiation skills
