Our company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations, handle cash transactions, and assist the finance team in maintaining accurate records.
Position: Junior Accountant
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting & Finance
- 1– 2 years of experience only
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Computer skills (Excel and accounting software like Peachtree)
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Requirement Skill
Adaptability, Product knowledge and Communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash and payments
- Issue receipts and maintain petty cash
- Record financial transactions into the accounting system
- Prepare daily cash reports and bank deposits
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliation
- File and organize financial documents
