Position: Trainee Banker

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study.

Experience Requirement

Must possess a minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above, and only 2018 E.C. graduate students.

A trainee banker is an entry-level position for fresh graduates to learn the fundamentals of banking operations, customer service, and financial products. Trainees typically rotate through various branch departments—such as tellers, accounts, and customer service—to gain hands-on experience and prepare for permanent roles like Junior Banker or Customer Service Officer.
