Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement:
- 1 (One) Years relevant experience in a Bank
Competencies Required:
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
Location: Shashemene
Position 2: Junior Digital Application Officer
Education:
- BSC, BA in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information system, Information technology, MIS or related field of study
Experience Requirement:
- Minimums of 1 year of experience in relevant position in the banking industry.
Responsibilities:
To follow up the functional and technical integrity of the digital Banking platform and mobile wallet and Agency banking solutions by proactively involving applications installation, configuration and upgrade, and provide workarounds whenever necessary.
