Position 1: Videographer & Photographer

Key Responsibilities
- Complete and manage online application forms for overseas employment processes.
- Enter, organize, and maintain applicant information accurately.

- Fluency in Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, and English, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in IT tools and office productivity software.
- Strong database management and digital reporting skills.
- Proven team leadership, supervision, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operational activities under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor Quality Control Officers.
- Oversee candidate follow-up after selection and ensure timely completion of required documents.
- Improve deployment processing timelines and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality audits and monitor compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor service delivery and candidate satisfaction.

Salary: ETB 30,000 basic salary.
