Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private company engaged in Real Estate Property marketing and sales. Addis Home Finder provides professional service for Real Estates and home buyers.

The company is formed with the objective of making home buying and selling transaction easier by facilitating the process for both parties.

After observing the struggle of Real Estates to market their properties and confusion of home buyers’ in coming up with right choice, Addis Home Finder set a goal to be a right link between home buyers and Real Estates and write a new history in modernizing the sales transaction of the sector.

Position 1: Sales Representative

Job Requirements

BA Degree in any related fields with at least 0-1-year proven experience in sales, receptions, promotion, marketing practices.

Competencies and Professional skills required

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and networking skills.
  • Industry & Product Knowledge

  • Basic Computer skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process to closing deals

Position 2: Junior Accountant

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
  • Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in management or related fields with 0–1-year proven experience in in general service administration

Position 4: Customer Service Officer – Sales Office Reception

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in customer service area is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support environment.

Competencies and Professional skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors while maintaining composure.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Position 5: HR Coordinator

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years in HR coordination or administrative support, reflecting the operational nature of this role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms.

Job Requirements:
