Addis Economic Research (AER) is currently recruiting qualified and motivated professionals to join its roster of Field Enumerators for upcoming quantitative and qualitative research projects. These projects will be implemented in Addis Ababa and various regions across Ethiopia during the remaining months of 2017 and into 2018 (E.C.).

We are looking for individuals who are committed to high standards of data quality, professional integrity, and ethical research conduct.
Position: Enumerators
Qualifications:
- MA/MSC degree in any fields
- Proficient in English and Amharic language
- Other local language skills are an advantage
- Prior experience preferred
- Recommendation letter or reference is required
Successful candidates must be willing to:
- Conduct Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
- Translate and transcribe interviews based on language used
- Translate survey instruments into Amharic and other local languages
- Commit to maintaining the highest level of data accuracy and ethical standards
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct household and firm surveys in both urban and rural settings.
Locations: Addis Ababa and various region
