Anbessa City Bus Service Enterprise is a public transportation organization owned by the Addis Ababa City Administration and is one of the largest bus operators in Ethiopia.
The enterprise is responsible for providing affordable, safe, and reliable public transport services across Addis Ababa through an extensive network of routes connecting residential areas, business districts, and public institutions.
Position 1: Transport Service Bal Catin I (Permanent)
- Educational Qualification: Completed Grade 6, Grade 8, or Grade 10/12.
- Experience: No work experience required.
- License Requirements:
- 5th Grade Driving License, or
- 4th Grade Driving License or New Public-2 Driving License, or
- 4th Grade Driving License or Public-2 Driving License.
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Salary: ETB 14,461.00 per month
- Grade: IX

Position 2: Transport Service Bal Catin I (Contract)
- Educational Qualification: Completed Grade 6, Grade 8, or Grade 10/12.
- Experience:
- 5th Grade Driving License, or
- 4th Grade Driving License or New Public-2 Driving License, or
- 4th Grade Driving License or Public-2 Driving License with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Employment Type: Contract
- Salary: ETB 14,461.00 per month
- Grade: IX

Position 3: Transport Service Fee Collector I
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or above in any field of study.
- Experience: No work experience required.

Position 4: Transport Service Fee Collector II
- Educational Qualification: Completed Grade 10 or Grade 12.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in cashier or money handling.

Additional Requirements
- Work experience obtained from non-governmental organizations must be supported by proof that income tax has been paid.
- Applicants may register at only one branch office. Those who register at more than one branch will be disqualified.
- Applicants for Position 3 (Transport Service Fee Collector I) holding Level III or above qualifications must provide a Certificate of Competency (COC).
- Degree holders must present proof of passing the Exit Examination.
- Selected candidates must provide a work guarantor acceptable to the enterprise.
