Position: Space Experience Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IFM concepts and best practices.
• Proven experience in office space or facilities management, ideally in a multi-site or national context.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, stakeholders, and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and risk factors simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus/preferred.
