Zai Travel Consult is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Customer Service, with a background in the travel industry, hospitality industry, or trained in travel operations. This is an on-site position that requires a strong understanding of visa processing, embassy appointments, and Ethiopian immigration regulations.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
- Degree in Customer Service or related field, with experience in the travel or tea industry, or trained in travel operations.
- Knowledge of visa processing and Ethiopian immigration regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design is a plus.
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with visa processing and manage embassy appointments.
- Ensure adherence to Ethiopian immigration rules and regulations.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and related processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Handle other related tasks as assigned.
