Zai Travel Consult is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Customer Service, with a background in the travel industry, hospitality industry, or trained in travel operations. This is an on-site position that requires a strong understanding of visa processing, embassy appointments, and Ethiopian immigration regulations.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

Degree in Customer Service or related field, with experience in the travel or tea industry, or trained in travel operations.
Knowledge of visa processing and Ethiopian immigration regulations is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Proficiency in basic graphic design is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with visa processing and manage embassy appointments.
Ensure adherence to Ethiopian immigration rules and regulations.
Provide high-quality customer service to all clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and related processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Handle other related tasks as assigned.
