Currently, Horra Corporate Group is led by qualified and experienced professionals, with 500 permanent staff members and 800 temporary workers working in the corporate office and in different business units.
Our company is looking for an eager young professional who aspires to work in Corporate environment. The role entails an extensive amount of learning experience exposure.
Position: Trainee Mechanic
Education Qualification: Level II or above in General Mechanics, Mechatronics or in other mechanical related disciplines.
Work Experience: No work experience is required.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing sector.
- Willing to work at our site in Gelan.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing coffee processing machinery, including roasters, grinders, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn-out parts.
- Support senior mechanics in diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
- Learn to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Document maintenance and repair activities for future reference.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
