Our company is looking for an eager young professional who aspires to work as a Trainee Barista. The role entails an extensive amount of learning experience exposure.Â
Position: Trainee Barista
Education Qualification:Â Level II or III in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Preparation (culinary) and in other similar disciplines. Â
Work Experience: No work experience is required for the position.
- Candidate who resides in Haile Garment, Lafto and in other nearby areas are preferred for the position.
- Willing to learnÂ
- Excellent communication skills.

The role of Trainee Barista is a learning role in which the job holder will learn the rope of making hot/cold beverages and closely aid senior professionals in running the Corporate café.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders.
- Provide necessary assistance in preparing hot and cold beverages.Â
- Assist in collection of cash and payments from customers.
- Assist in procurement of materials required for the café.Â
- Support in management of stock materials, supplies and working equipment’s.
- Ensure cleanness of working area, equipment’s and utensils.Â
- Perform in other duties per instruction of line manager.Â
Salary: As per the company scale
