Position: Sales Person
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (Construction-related knowledge is a plus).
- 0 year & above
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales and willingness to learn about the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand and promote the company’s products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
