Women Empowerment-Action (WE-Action) is an indigenous non- political, non- religious, non-profit, humanitarian and development-oriented organization working in Ethiopia to the improvement of the social, economic, and physical well-being of the poor women in particular and the community in general. Currently the organization is operating in four regions South Ethiopia, Oromiya, Tigry and Amhara Regions.
Currently, WE-Action is seeking to hire competent, qualified and interested candidate for the position of Store Keeper
Position: Store Keeper
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- BA in Accounting and Finance and related field with minimum 1 years and above experience.
- NGO work experience preferable.
General Duties and responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials, parts, and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Issue materials and parts to production teams as requested.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
- Regularly update inventory records and submit stock reports to the factory management.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and documentation of items in the store.
- Follow company procedures for stock issuance and receiving.
- Pay authorized payments, to suppliers, purchaser or other staff and ensures that they are settled in
time.
