Wings Education & Media is a company which is engaged in event management, media, edutainment and education. The company has organized several events, campaigns, festivals and exhibitions since 2009 in connection with Day of the African Child, Universal Children’s Day and other special days in partnership with the African Union, UN agencies, international organizations, Federal Government Ministries & Regional Government Offices.
Position 1: Part-Time Teacher
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Proven teaching experience.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work with students of varying abilities and age groups.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Available to teach afternoons, weekends, or other flexible schedules.
- Knowledge of activity-based and student-centered teaching methods
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Event Admin
Job Requirement
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for events as needed.
- English Language proficiency: Good English language skills
- Communication and Marketing Skill: Effective communication abilities for marketing initiatives
- Proficient in Excel: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Report Writing Skills: Ability to write clear and concise reports summarizing event outcomes and recommendations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to address challenges effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Accountant
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in accounting software) (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Position 4: Marketing Manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum one-year Proven experience in a Marketing Management role
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
