Position 1: Administrative & HR Assistant

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Administrative or HR role.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic AI skills (a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & HR Assistant to support office operations and HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, assist with HR activities, and maintain effective office management.

Salary: 15,000 ETB

Position 2: Filming & Editor Professional

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Video Editing Software – Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools (certifications are a plus).
  • Filming & Cinematography Skills – Ability to operate cameras and produce high-quality content.
  • Storytelling & Editing Experience – Strong sense of pacing, engagement techniques, and visual storytelling.
  • Data-Driven Approach – Experience optimizing video content based on performance insights.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensure branding consistency, high-quality output, and clear messaging.
  • Portfolio Required – Candidates must provide previous work samples.
  • Immediate Availability – Must be able to start working immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Assembly & Finalization – Create and refine 300+ ad variations, integrating scripts and visuals to produce compelling content.
  • Filming & Cinematography – Capture and produce high-quality video footage.
  • Editing & Enhancement – Apply motion graphics, effects, and advanced editing techniques to enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • Performance Optimization – Analyze video performance metrics to improve click-through, conversion, and engagement rates.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with scriptwriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop impactful content.

Competitive Salary – ETB 20,000 per month.
