Position 1: Branch Manager IV
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field
Experience: with a minimum of five (5) 0years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Supervisory level.
Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Salary: As Per The Banks Salary Scale & Attractive
Place Of Work: Ambo Branch & Holeta Branch
Position 2: Branch Manager IV-IFB
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field
Experience: with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Customer Service Supervisor-II IFB or Sr. Customer Service Officer-I IFB. Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
Purpose: with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Supervisory level.
