You will be working the night shift at the Stores across our various construction site locations. You will be responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely data is entered into the appropriate modules of the ERP system.
Position 1: Project HR Digitalization and HRIS Officer – Project Based
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Software Engineering
- Computer Engineering
Experience
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Required number: – 4
Employment Type: Project-Based Contract
Location/ Site:Â Addis Abeba and as other location as needed
Position 2: HR Digitization & HRIS Officer
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, IT, Information Systems, or related field
Experience
- 2–4 years of HR experience
- Experience in HRIS or HR data management is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
- Basic HRIS and computer skills
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving ability
