Position: Technology Associates
Education:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year (internship, project, or entry-level).
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Support senior engineers in project implementation and support tasks.
- Participate in troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic (spoken and written).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong customer engagement and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Learn and adapt quickly to enterprise IT/security environments.
