East African National Distribution S.C. (EAND) is a subsidiary of East African Holding (— one of Ethiopia’s most established and diversified industrial conglomerates, with a legacy dating back to 1891.
As the exclusive distribution partner of Lemi National Cement and Dire Dawa National Cement, EAND plays a central role in Ethiopia’s construction and industrial development.
Beyond cement distribution, EAND also supplies coal and raw materials to cement plants, ensuring uninterrupted production and energy efficiency — positioning EAND as the backbone of Ethiopia’s construction supply chain.
Position 1: Store Clerk
Educational Requirements:
- BA/BSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Competence
- Knowledge of ERP or digital stock management systems
- Strong documentation and record control
- Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch SOPs
- Understanding of FIFO and stock movement principles
- Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP entry).
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accountant
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an Accountant, with preference for those who worked in import and export companies
• Strong practical experience with ERP systems is mandatory
• IFRS trained and able to apply IFRS
• Strong Excel skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Inventory Controller
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory control, store management, or related role
• Strong knowledge of store management
• Experience working with ERP systems is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage different locations efficiently
• Experience with industrial or imported items is an advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Logistics Manager
Education:
- BA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MA/MBA is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive logistics experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, cement distribution, or transport sector is preferred.
