Tareq Sabt Construction has successfully completed projects across a wide range of sectors, including governmental institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international agencies, and the hospitality industry—such as hotels, resorts, and leisure facilities.
Position 1. Junior Accountant
- Experience: 0–2 years in accounting or finance roles
- Education:Â BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Familiarity with Peachtree, Excel, or other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under supervision
Position 2. Architect
- Experience: 0–2 years in architectural design or drafting roles
- Education:Â BSc in Architecture or related discipline
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization tools
- Creative problem‑solving and spatial design sense
- Ability to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings
- Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Position 3. Mechanical & Sanitary Engineer
- Experience: 0–2 years in mechanical or sanitary engineering roles
- Education:Â BSc in Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering, or related field
- Skills & Competencies:
- AutoCAD proficiency for MEP layouts
- Understanding of plumbing, drainage, and HVAC fundamentals
- BOQ preparation and site inspection skills
- Collaborative mindset and attention to safety standards
Position 4. Civil Engineer
- Experience: 0–2 years in civil construction or site roles
- Education:Â BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
- Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with construction methods and materials
- Competence with site reporting and technical drawing reading
- Strong observation and problem‑solving abilities
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Position 5. Technical Head Engineer
- Experience:Â 2+ years in construction project engineering and team supervision
- Education:Â BSc or MSc in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and cross-discipline coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BOQ review, and construction documentation
- Solid understanding of local building codes and standards
- Effective communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage timelines and resolve on-site technical issues
