Sidama Bank Job Vacancy For fresh graduates
Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related fields).
Experience: 0 years of Experience· (No prior work experience required)
- Year of Graduation: Only graduates of 2025/26 G.C. are eligible to apply.
- CGPA/GPA Requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.00 for male applicants and 2.50 for female applicants.
- National Exit Examination: Minimum score of 50% is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic banking services.
· Provide high-quality customer service in line with the bank’s standards.
· Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
Location: All over Ethiopia – Branches
