Sheger Microfinance Institution invites Fresh and qualified applicants for the following positions.

Sheger microfinance S.C is a Mass based finance institution established in accordance with the pertinent laws, regulations, and proclamations governing micro finance business in Ethiopian commercial code. It is aimed to provide need based inclusive financial service to the un-banked and missed middle by developing effective and effective service delivery system.

Position 1: Accountant I

Education: B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related relevant field and with 3 years direct work experience

Place of work: Mekanisa branch

Salary: Negotiable

Position 2: Interest Free Senior Operation

Education: M.A. /B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related relevant field and with 4/6 years related work experience at least two years of experience on interest free finance

Salary: As per company scale

Place of work: Head Office

Position 3: Senior Finance

Education: M.A. /B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related relevant field and with 4/6 years work experience with a minimum 3 years core banking experience

Salary: As per company scale

Place of work: Head Office

Position 4: Internal Audit Risk & Compliance Management Department

Education: MA/B.A/ in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related relevant field and 6/8 years related work experience

Salary: As per company scale

Place of work: Head Office

Position 5: Digital Finance & Technology Service Division

Education: BSC/MSC Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field with 5/7 related work experience at least two years of experience on core banking

Salary: As per company scale

Place of work: Head Office
