Position 1: Registrar Head

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MA degree in information technology, Information science, computer science, Database management or related field.
  • 2 years proven work experience as registrar head in academic institutions
  • Strong understanding of the registrar office work.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • prepares the academic calendar of the college;
  • prepares the annual work schedule;
  • prepares a report on the quarterly activities of the office of the registrar to the dean’s office;
  • prepares course catalogue and other formats that are directly related to the activities in his/her office;
  • prepares a plan on the budget that will be used in his/her office;
  • prepares the list of graduating students and present to the office of the President through which it passes to the AC;
  • prepares degrees, diplomas and certificates to graduating students;

Position 2: Tutorial and Assessment Head

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MA degree in Curriculum Studies, instruction and testing, measurement and evaluation, or related field.
  • 2 years proven work experience in the field in academic institutions
  • Strong understanding of evaluation and tutorial.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • organizes and leads the tutorial and assessment division and coordinates sub-divisions under it; prepares annual plan of his/her division with the budget that support his/her plan;
  • responds to the questions of students that are directly related to his/her division;
  • prepares quarterly, semester and annual work report to Head of the student support unit;
  • decides on tutorial centers and courses on which tutorial will be conducted and submit this to the head of student support unit for approval;
  • makes tutorial, assignment and exam questions available to the material production division for production;

Position 3: Research and Community Services Unit Head

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MA degree in development studies, International relations, economics or related field.
  • 2 years proven work experience in the field in academic institutions
  • Strong understanding of evaluation and tutorial.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to coordinate and organize workshops, symposia, conference, seminars, etc.; have commendable leadership qualities; have high professional caliber and sound personal integrity.
  • Coordinates and directs all matters related to research undertakings;
  • prepares short-, medium-, and long-term research plans and monitor their implementations;
  • identify institutional research and consultancy priorities and forward research proposals to prospective national and international donor agencies;
  • Encourages academic staff members to conduct research;
  • Prepares annual plan and budget of the office, and implements it;
  • Submits bi-annual reports to the dean; evaluates the performance of staff in his/her office;
  • Serves as member of the executive committee and AC, and performs such other duties as directed to him/her by the Board, and the Academic Commission and the president or the dean.

Position 4: Internal Quality Assurance Unit Head

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MA degree in educational curriculum system, educational planning and management, management or related field.
  • 2 years proven work experience in the field in academic institutions
  • Strong understanding of assessment, quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control the Institution based on the ETA guideline
  • Responsible for leading and developing the quality assurance strategy of the institution
  • Ensure company and industry standards are met
  • Recommend possible remedies to the concerned management
  • identify institutional gaps and priorities and forward possible;

Location: Head office

Position 5: Program Coordination Unit Head

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MA degree in educational curriculum system, educational planning and management, or related field.
  • 2 years proven work experience in the field in academic institutions
  • Strong understanding of coordination and program management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership
  • Ensuring alignment of all programs with organizational goals and high level stakeholders engagement
  • identify institutional gaps and priorities and forward possible;
