Position 1: Sales Engineer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fields.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, both on-site and remotely.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations.
• Provide post and pre sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical issues.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, specifications, and industry trends.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other outdoor promotional activities.
• Work closely with engineering and Project teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.

Location: Bole Dembel, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Sales Support Specialist

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales records and databases, tracking customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
• Participate in outdoor sales activities, site surveys, and customer visits.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and promotional activities.
