Telemarketer is responsible for contacting potential customers through telephone and informing them company products and services. He/she is responsible for tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits of the products and payment information.
Position: Telemarketer
Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years work experience in telemarketer/ customer service.
Competencies:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- The ability to be calm and working under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Trust worthiness
Location: Addis Ababa
