Senselet Food Processing PLC, a subsidiary of PEPSICO, is a potato processing company in Ethiopia producing potato chips. The company was set up in 2015 by Veris to contribute to developing the potato value chain.
PepsiCo, Inc., an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York, is currently hiring for the position of Store Operator in Addis Ababa.
Senselet’s factory has been set up in accordance with European standards and knowledge and produces high quality potato crisps, branded as Sun Chips, that are sold locally in the Ethiopian market.

Job Requirements
Education
- BSC in Computer Engineering/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- 0 years experience if any available to be in a manufacturing industry preferably in FMCG.
Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating training programs within the PepsiCo Supply Chain. This position collaborates with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and ensure the effective delivery of training initiatives. The Training Coordinator will also track training attendance, maintain training records, and assess the impact of training programs on employee performance.
Computer: Proficient in using training software, learning management systems, Microsoft office tools and other training tools. Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems, and other training tools
Language: Able to speak, read and write in English
Work Location – Factory Site, Bulga City -Tulofa
