Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994 with the paid up Capital of birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.
The Bank commenced its operation in 28 October 1999 by 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.
Position 1: Graphic Design & Social Media Management Officer
Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Literature, IT and related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4 years of related work experience of which 2 years as Junior Graphic Design & Social Media Management Officer or other equivalent job positions
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Principal Graphic Design & Social Media Management Officer
Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Literature, IT and related fields of study
Work Experience & Required Skills: 7 years of related work experience of which 2 years as Design & Social Media Management Officer or other equivalent job positions
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager I (IFB)
Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 6 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent core banking business related job positions.
Place of work: Nib Halal Areboch Tera Branch (Jimma)
Position 4: Manager, Employee Relations
Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 10 years of relevant banking work experience of which 3 years in Expert, Principal, Supervisory and other equivalent level in Human Resource Management area
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Director, Market and Economic Research
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 11/13 years of relevant banking work experience of which 3/5 years in Division Manager level in research and development area respectively.

Position 6: Manager, Marketing and Brand Management
Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills:10 years of relevant banking work experience of which 3 years in Expert, Principal, Supervisory and other equivalent level in Marketing and Brand Management area
