Position 1: Outdoor Sales representative
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates of 2023/24
- Must have completed a degree in any field of study.
- Strong communication skill
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with a keen interest in sales
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily briefing and weekly meetings with the sales supervisor.
- Expected to achieve the monthly sales target of the respective region.
- Undertake all assignments and activities with due diligence and commitment to the growth of the organization.
- Responsible for registration of agents & merchants in the respective zone.
- Responsible for activating & reactivating of agents & merchants in the respective zone.
- Conducting promotional activities.
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor or by other Top Management team.

Location: Addis Ababa, Jimma, Jigjiga and Arbaminch
Position 2: Sales supervisor
Requirements:
- Must have completed a degree in any field of study
- Prior experience in sales supervision or any similar role is preferred
- A proactive individual
- Strong communication and Leadership skills.
- Great Time management skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- undertake all assignments and activities with due diligence and commitment to the growth of the organization.
- Providing technical support and giving trainings for customers as per the requirement.
- Handling any customer’s complaints within our capacity promptly and provide immediate solutions.
- Conducting promotional activities
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
