Neo Microfinance Institution S.C invite interested and qualified applicants for the following job positions.
NEO Microfinance, “NEO”, is an Ethiopian Microfinance Institution (MFI) under formation that has fulfilled all the prerequisites of the National Bank of Ethiopia’s regulatory requirements necessary to receive an MFI license in Ethiopia.
NEO’s mission is to be a unified fintech entity for lending, payment, and transfers that will create a unique digital-first financial services (Finserv) brand for the Ethiopian market.
Position 1: Cashier
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Experience: 2/3 years of relevant work experience
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Internal Auditor (HO)
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Experience: 4/6 years of relevant/direct experience in Microfinance Institutions
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Chief Internal Audit Manager
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Experience: 5/6 years with relevant work experience & 3 years in managerial position in Microfinance Institutions is mandatory
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
