We are a new start up tech company looking for a Server Administrator or anyone who is good at managing servers. The ideal candidate will have a at least some understanding of server administration, networking, and server technologies.
Position: Server Administrator
Qualification: some understanding of server administration, networking, and server technologies.
Responsibilities:
Server Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers on one of the various operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Implement security measures to protect servers from cyber threats and attacks
- Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure optimal performance and security
Network Configuration:
- Configure network settings, including IP addresses, DNS, and firewall rules
- Optimize network traffic to minimize latency and maximize throughput
- Implement load balancing and failover mechanisms to ensure high availability

Salary:
* 15k/month (Amenities like breakfast and lunch are included).
* 10% share ownership.
