NICE is the first wholly privately owned insurance company, established in post – 1994 Ethiopia, to engage in general insurance business. Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and operates through 40 Branch offices and 5 licensed Contact Offices located in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business transaction in October 1994.
The company is currently undertaking to attract qualified and skilled manpower to the following positions.
Position 1: Junior HRM Officer
Qualification:Â BA in HRM, Management, Business management, Business administration, and other related field of studies
Experience:Â Not required (zero years)
Preferred Skills:
- Having good human resource administration experience,
- Team works sprit,
- Good ethical behavior,
- Good customer handling and serving approach skill,
- Willingness to accept changes and implement it;
- No prior disciplinary records,
- Better language skill, recommended or accepted for the position;
- Accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibility;
- Good previous performance history and
- Proven computer usage skill
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Marketing Officer
Qualification: BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics from a recognized educational institution
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Marketing Officer
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excell, Ms PPT and others).
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Have creative and positive mindset
- Well familiar whose to approach in marketing activities.
- Trustworthy and hardworking
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Manager, Market Research And Planning Division
Education: BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics from a recognized educational institution
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in senior marketing or customer services areas
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in client relationship management
- Experience in building client accounts
- Strong technical and analytical skills, and a passion for learning new quantitative research methodologies and analysis frameworks
- Basic knowledge of discrete choice modelling and simulation models
- Experience presenting results in front of senior audiences
- Commercial attitude and acquisition power
- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
- Experience and/or interest in people management
