National Insurance invites interested and qualified applicants for the following job positions in the insurance industry.
NICE is the first wholly privately owned insurance company, established in post – 1994 Ethiopia, to engage in general insurance business. Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and operates through 40 Branch offices and 5 licensed Contact Offices located in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business transaction in October 1994.
The company is currently undertaking to attract qualified and skilled manpower to the following positions.
Position: ICT Officer I
- Qualification: BSC/MSC degree or equivalent in Computer or Information Systems or computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 3-years’ service in ICT services delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Hands on Experience and knowledge in hardware, LAN/WLAN
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PHP, Python etc.) will be an added advantage
- Prior ICT experience in a setup with environmental and geographical constraints.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
- Willing to take ownership of issue analysis and resolution efforts and commitment to get results
- Report to Manager, IT Division
Salary: as per the company’s salary scale
Duty Station: Head Office, Information Technology Department
