MSA Trading p.l.c was originally established in 2006. As a share association under the commercial code of Ethiopia. In 2013, the company went through a strategy remodeling and started the business with a capital of 6,250,000 birr. MSA has opened its factory on a 1900 m2 wide land located in Amhara region south Wello zone Kombolcha city administration.
We believe that securing quality and providing quality products is a mandatory requirement in market competition we also aware of the poor quality products consequent result on customers and consumers. Regarding ensuring quality is not negotiable principle in MSA.
Position 1: Junior Mechanical Engineer
Education Qualification:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are acceptable or 1 year of experience in industrial operations
Location: Kombolcha (Amahtem Industrial Engineering PLC)
Position 2: Junior Electrical Engineer
Education Qualification:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduates are acceptable or 1 year of experience in industrial operations.

Position 3: Electrostatic Powder Coating Technician
Education Qualification:
- BSc in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are acceptable or 1 year of experience in industrial operations

Position 4: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Education Qualification:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance

Position 5: Senior Electrical Engineer
Education Qualification:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial power systems and automation
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment

Position 6: Pre-treatment Loading Operator
Education Qualification:
- Grade 10/12, or TVET Level I–II
- Fresh graduates are acceptable or 1 year of experience in industrial operations.

Position 7: Extrusion Press Operator
Education Qualification:
- TVET Level II and above in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are acceptable or 1 year of experience in industrial operations

Position 8: Water Utility Technicians
Education Qualification:
- Level 4 and above
- 3 years or more of experience in industrial water systems
Place of Work: Kombolecha (Amhatem Industrial Engineering PLC)
Position 9: Welders
Education Qualification:
- Level 4 and above
- 3 years of experience in fabrication and repair.

Position 10: Mechanical Technicians
Education Qualification:
- Level 4 and above
- 3 years or more of experience in industrial mechanical work

- 3 years or more of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
