Position 1: Sales person

Qualification: Level 4 in Marketing Management, Salesmanship or similar field and 1 years and above relevant work experience/ food /biscuit manufacturing work experience is preferable/

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Generating leads and acquiring new customers:

This includes identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, and presenting company products or services.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets:

Salespersons are expected to consistently achieve or surpass their assigned sales goals.

Maintaining customer records and reporting:

Salespersons are responsible for tracking sales activities, updating customer information, and submitting regular reports.

Position 2: Marketing Research and Sales Coordinator

Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing management, Economics,Management or similar field and 6 years and above relevant work experience in food /biscuit manufacturing /preferably in supervisory role /

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Market Analysis:

Conducting research on product base, market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market research findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Competitive Intelligence:

Monitoring competitor activities, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies.

Identifying Opportunities:

Identifying potential leads, market segments, and opportunities for growth.

Sales Coordination:

Sales Support:

Providing sales teams with market research data, sales forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

Sales Data Analysis:

Tracking product line sales, costs, and new business data to prepare sales reports.

Sales Team Coordination:

Following up with sales staff, providing support, and ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

Sales Forecasting:

Preparing sales forecasts and analyzing sales data to provide insights to management.

Position 3: Electrician

Qualification:
Level 4/3 in Industrial electricity or similar field and ⅔ years relevant work experience respectively in factory

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper and safe functioning.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing electrical problems using testing devices and tools, and developing solutions to restore functionality.

Documentation:

Preparing and submitting accurate and timely service reports for completed jobs.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Mechanic

Qualification:
Level 4/3 in General Metal Fabrication and Assembly or similar field and 2/3 relevant work experience respectively in factories.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs:

Performing routine maintenance tasks like lubrication, filter changes, and inspections, as well as diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with production machinery and equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implementing effective repair solutions.

Installation and Setup:

Assisting in the installation, alignment, and testing of new equipment or machinery.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.

Collaboration:

Working with other team members in production, quality control, and engineering to improve machine efficiency and address recurring issues.

Salary: Negotiable
