Position 1: Store Keeper

Educational Qualification

Diploma or BA Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations in a hospital.

Required Skills

Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills.
Good numerical and basic data management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of stock control and safe storage procedures.

Position 2: IT Support Officer

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting.
Experience in desktop, laptop, peripheral, and network support.
Understanding of wired and wireless networking protocols.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus software, firewalls, and data protection.
Familiarity with hospital systems such as EHR, LIS, and PACS is an advantage.
Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT applications.
Good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
IT support certifications, such as Microsoft certifications, are desirable.

Position 3: Network and Multimedia Administrator

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and network architecture.
Experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
Knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and data protection requirements.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
Experience with photography, video recording, lighting, and audio equipment.
Knowledge of digital asset management, media archiving, and digital signage systems.
Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
CCNA, CCNP, or relevant multimedia certifications are highly preferred.

Position 4: Chief Finance Officer (CFO) – Re-advertisement

Educational Qualification

BA Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Master’s Degree in Finance.
CPA or ACCA certification is mandatory.

Work Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.

Required Skills

Extensive knowledge of financial management, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and business management.
Knowledge of governmental financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Strong financial analysis, cash flow management, and internal control skills.
Experience in contract negotiation, change management, and financial risk assessment.
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
