Position 1: Cashier
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, or any other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Branch operation in the Banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a cashier role.
Location: Furi & Markato Area Branch, Adama
Position 2: Accountant Officer
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or other Business-related fields.
- Experience:With 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in an Accountant (Finance officer) role within a bank, specifically in the Finance & Accounts department.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Accountant
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or other Business-related fields
- Experience:With 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a Jr. Accountant ( Jr. Finance officer) role within a bank, specifically in the Finance & Accounts department.

Position 4: Credit Review Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of Banking experience.
Job Objective: The Credit Review Officer is responsible for independently reviewing and assessing the Bank’s credit portfolio to ensure sound credit quality, compliance with credit policies, and early identification of potential risks. The role supports effective credit risk management by conducting onsite and offsite reviews of financing facilities across branches.

Position 5: Compliance Management Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of Banking experience.
Job Objective: The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and Sharia principles (where applicable). The role supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks to mitigate regulatory, legal, and reputational risks.
Location: Jijiga
Position 6: IT Risk Management Manager
Qualifications:
BA/Master’s in computer science or ICT-related fields with 5/7 years of banking experience, respectively, of which 2 years are in senior positions.
Job Objective: To lead the IT Risk Management function by identifying, assessing, and managing IT and cybersecurity risks across systems, applications, and infrastructure. The role will also oversee information security controls, including data protection, access management, and incident response.
