LXD Academy Female Trainee

We are a cutting-edge Learning Experience Design education. The LXD Academy is a hybrid of a user experience design, user centered design and learning design program.

The LXD Academy is designed to shape emergent leaders fit for work in the future of technology and education, but also to help them create it. The program lasts 3-month part time. Each class will be supported by 2 local team leaders and 1 external (virtual) LX-Design coach from abroad.

We are excited to open applications for our new 3-month learning experience design program in Addis Ababa. We are looking for motivated people that are excited about

finding new and innovative ways to make teaching and learning more engaging and effective through digital tools.

We are looking for talent at the intersection of technology and education. If you are highly motivated to learn and develop yourself, we can’t wait to meet you!

You are a Female Fresh graduate in any field of study.
You are skilled using a computer and mobile technology.
You are are fluent in English.
You like working in teams
You are creative and have a problem-solving mindset.
You can attend a part-time (3 hours * 5-day week) course for, 3 months.
