Kimiya Telecom Company is a Safaricom Ethiopia Telecommunication distributor. We are seeking to hire competent individuals who are excited to be one of the few pioneers of Safaricom Ethiopia.

Kimiya telecom would like to invite potential candidates who fulfill the job requirements for the following positions.

Position: Shop Manager

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience as a salesperson or customer service or anything related to Marketing management.

Required Skills: – 

• Ability to engage and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally.
• Influencing, negotiating, communication and critical reasoning skills.
• Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
• Capable of working responsibly and as a team.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-growing industry.
• Knowledge of the local language is desirable 

Duties.

• Implement the overall strategy of the company
• Overlooking all business operations in the shop assigned.
• Undertake Marketing and sales distribution
• Staff management/Supervision
• Promotion, development and monitoring the business
• Management of relations and interactions with all company agents, micro customers, other customer and stakeholders. 
• Audit & Controls
• Any other duties as delegated by the management. 

Salary: Commission based

Location: Jigjiga, Somali region
