Position 1: Digital Banking Officer / E-Banking Officer

Qualification and Technical Skill Required

  • B.Sc. degree in computer Science, Software engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience with digital banking products, platforms, and operations, including electronic payment systems in Ethiopia.
  • Demonstrated ability to research market trends in e-banking and develop profitable, customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital financial services platforms, digital channel operations, and related cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
  • Commitment to compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond promptly to issues and client inquiries.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to deliver measurable improvements in digital customer adoption, platform uptime, and performance.
  • Skilled in report writing, data analysis, and delivering professional presentations in English.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital banking, IT systems, or electronic payment systems.
  • Experience working with core banking systems and mobile platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and digital trends in the financial industry.

Position 2: Senior Budget and Treasury Officer

Qualification and Technical Skill Required

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
  • Ability to work with very minimum supervision, independently and in a team
  • Feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Well organized and ability to act in a professional and ethical manner;
  • Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Core Banking System and excellent use of Excel spreadsheets;
  • Highly developed sense of reliability and accuracy;
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent report writing in English and presentation skills

Experience:

  • 5 Years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with core banking systems and mobile platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and digital trends in the financial industry.

Position 3: Manager, Credit Service & Portfolio Division

Qualification and Technical Skill Required

  • MBA/MA/BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting or related field.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Well-organized, with strong planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responds constructively to feedback & works effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation and report writing capabilities, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize relevant tools and systems effectively.

Experience:

  • 8/10 years of relevant experience especially in Microfinance Industry;
  • Knowledge of computer operations and digital trends in the financial industry;
  • Proven Knowledge of Credit appraisal and approval processes and procedures and
  • Proven Knowledge of screening potential customers and portfolio management.

Position 4: Manager, Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Division

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • MBA/MA/BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting or related field.
  • A minimum of 8/10 years work experience, preferably in banking or Microfinance business and 4 years shall be in a managerial position.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coach staff in prioritizing workload while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Proven technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, and capacity to work effectively and collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, promoting teamwork and staff commitment to achieving the Company’s Strategic Plan.
  • Strong belief in teamwork, gender equality, and ethical conduct, with a high sense of integrity and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and Reporting skills.

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Salary: As per the Institution salary scale
