Itvar’ is a Travel Representation company based out of the United Arab Emirates with a presence across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, APAC and the Americas. Our representation services include services for Airlines, Hotels, Rail, Car Rentals, Destination Management & Tourism Boards, Travel Ancillary Products, and Travel Technology.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Airline Reservations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, make flight reservations, process ticketing, manage cancellations, and provide support to passengers throughout the booking process. This role demands strong communication skills, knowledge of reservation systems, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Position: Airline Reservations & Ticketing Executive

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus).

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations, travel, or customer service (airline experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to flight reservations.
  • Book, modify, and cancel flight reservations using airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, travel policies, and baggage allowances.
  • Assist customers with special requests including meal preferences, seat selection, and group bookings.
  • Ensure all bookings are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or disruptions in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, services, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and airline partners to resolve customer queries.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, extra baggage, and upgrades where appropriate.
