Position 1: Service Delivery / NOC Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Experience in service delivery or technical coordination
- ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
Purpose:
To coordinate customer requests, monitor service delivery performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incidents and customer service requests
- Track SLAs and manage escalations
- Manage ticketing systems and workflow processes
- Coordinate field engineers and technical teams
- Provide customer communication and status updates
- Prepare operational and service performance reports.
Position 2: Field Service Engineer / Smart Hands Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Electronics, or related technical field
- Experience in field support or infrastructure deployment
- Valid driving license is an advantage
Purpose:
To provide onsite installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support services for customer infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite installation and replacement of equipment
- Handle rack and stack activities and structured cabling
- Support wireless access point deployment
- Conduct site surveys and preventive maintenance
- Provide emergency onsite technical interventions
- Document field activities and service reports
- Coordinate with the Network Operations team
Position 3: Network & Infrastructure Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- CCNA or equivalent certification required
- 3+ years of enterprise networking experience preferred
To design, implement, monitor, and support customer network and infrastructure environments while ensuring service reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor infrastructure performance and uptime
- Support cybersecurity controls and access management
- Provide remote troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Maintain documentation and technical reports
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure integration.
