The Customer service representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This individual will build rapport with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate product and service information is conveyed throughout the call.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
Proficiency in Arabic (written, spoken, and understood, including various dialects)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and fluency in english.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in data entry
Ability to work all shifts, including 24/7.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and offering clear and helpful solutions.
Build strong rapport with customers through courteous, professional, and empathetic interactions..
