The Call Center Operator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This individual will build rapport with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate product and service information is conveyed throughout the call.
Position: Call Center Operator
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field of study.
- Fluency in Amharic and Afan Oromo is essential. Proficiency in Tigrigna is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in data entry
- Ability to work all shifts, including 24/7.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Patience and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide clear and helpful responses
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Consistently update and maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Accurately convey product and service information to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate services.
