Position: Dormitory Assistant Manager (University Experience)
Educational qualification
- Minimum bachelor’s degree holder in related fields

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in preparing, executing, and monitoring work to be done.
- Good skills in team building and developing team spirit.
- Capable enough to work with high motivation and self-initiation
- Above three years of experience in the same position
Duties
- Ensure dormitory service provisions are meeting the demands of employees and expats.
- ensure dormitory facilities are functional all the time.
- Ensure dormitory rooms are clean
- Ensure the safety and security of the residing employee.
- Ensure dormitories are free from rodents or pests.
- Monitoring dormitory living employees and disciplining them.
- Ensure dormitory rules are respected by all.
- Ensure the management of dormitory wastes is done in a timely manner and disposed of safely.
- Coordinate dormitory supervisors effectively.
- Register and report periodically on dormitory conditions.
- Run scheduled preventive maintenance works.
- Coordinate the maintenance team.
- Oversight of overall dormitory services.
Salary
- Negotiable.
